Customer experience programs are strongest when feedback is connected with business results. A score on its own does not explain what to fix; the surrounding behavior and financial data provide the context.
Connect the signals
Combine customer feedback with retention, repeat purchases, support contacts and delivery performance. Look for patterns by segment and by journey stage instead of treating the average score as the whole story.
Turn insight into action
Choose a small number of changes, assign owners and measure the result over time. Closing the loop with customers also shows that their feedback has been used.
